Attendance Rules
- Students will have to attend all theory and laboratory hours during working days from the first day of the academic year according to their time table.
- Attendance for all lectures / practical’s / tests / examinations / seminars is compulsory. A student who is not regular in attendance or fails to carry out his/her work to the satisfaction is liable to cancellation of his / her term.
- Minimum attendance of 75% of the theory lectures, tutorials practical separately, will be required, out of the total number lecturers, tutorials and practical conducted in the term for granting the terms. Only those students fulfilling the attendance criteria are eligible to appear in the external examination.
- It will not be obligatory for the college to give intimation regarding shortfall in attendance to anyone including the parents of the students. Decision of the Principal shall be final and conclusive.
- The prior permission from the Principal is to be taken for absence due to unavoidable circumstances. For sickness student/ parents/guardians should inform the authorities immediately and will have to produce medical certificate with an application.
Code of Conduct
A student should abide by the institute rules and agree to conform to the rules and regulations in force from time to time. Student will do nothing either inside or outside the institute that will interfere with rules & regulations , discipline which is essential for a education .
- All the students should read notice board regularly. The Institute accepts no responsibility if student fail to read the notice in time.
- Students will not include in any indiscipline or antisocial activities within or outside the campus.
- Students should not damage the property of the institute and are expected to take proper care of it. otherwise cost of such damage will be recovered from students, parents/guardian of the students.
- Students must carry their own identity Card in the campus
- Students are not permitted to enter the class room, laboratory or library unless they wear the prescribed uniform. They should enter the Laboratory only with Apron, Cap, Mask as indicated.
- Students should park their vehicles in the Cycle/Motor cycle stand in queue.
- Students should use carefully Plants in medicinal garden, Toilet blocks, Water cooler, and canteen accessories.
- Students are strictly prohibited to possess or consume tobacco, tobacco products & narcotic drugs in and out of the campus.
- Raging in any form inside or outside the campus is strictly prohibited by law. Any students found raging other students will be summarily expelled from the institute and disciplinary action as per Maharashtra prohibition of ragging act – 1999 will be taken.
- Students shall not use mobile phone in the college campus.
- Students are expected to behave properly and to see that they do not cause any inconvenience to others. Loud talking, loitering or congregating in the corridor, laboratories and class room should be avoided.
- No functions, social activities or picnics shall be organized independently by students in outside or inside institute campus. All functions including picnics, socials activities etc., should be organized only with the prior permission and approval of the Principal.
- No person shall be invited to address a college meeting without the prior permission and approval of the Principal.
- The fees paid by the candidate will not be refunded under any circumstances after admission process cut- off date and cancellation of admission and refund of fees shall be as per DTE, Mumbai, norms.
- All students must wear college uniform and shall possess the I-card during college hours.
- .All the students will have to be paid fees as per State Govt. norms prescribed from time to time and deposit fees to Bank accounts under respective heads and possess the official receipts of all payments till completion of the course.
- The principal has the power to determine the suitable disciplinary action, for maintaining discipline and proper conduct of the students of the college. In all matters of the administration and discipline of the college, the decision of the principal is final. The rules and regulations would be, as modified by the board, from time to time.
