It gives me massive gratification to pioneer KVPS’s Maharani Ahilyabai Holkar College of Pharmacy, Boradi  (MAHCOP) as premier institution of pharmacy education contributing to national development by instructing value based education to the youth with professional skill. MAHCOP established in year 1983 at the base of beautiful green valley of Satpuda mountain in boradi. Our mission is to create centre of excellence in Pharmaceutical education through organized and persistent approach to knowledge based learning and need based practice of pharmacy profession for inspiring students and generating high employment potential.

With completion of 34 years of establishment of MAHCOP we are all set to take MAHCOP to greater heights.  We achieved important milestones such as establishment of B. Pharmacy in 2006, M. Pharm. Programs in Pharmaceutics in 2010 and Ph. D. program.  Our motivated teaching and non-teaching staff members work with commitment and passion creates an energetic and a vivacious atmosphere in the institute. They provide an uncompromised guidance to students in curricular as well as in various co-curricular arenas. This is supported by contemporary infrastructure with well-equipped laboratories, library and supreme amenities.

There are fresh challenges in the field of education. In an expanding pharmaceutical market requires differentiated skills the College has to offer education to develop specialized skills. The student with same skills will compete for a career in field. The College aims to provide quality education in pharmaceutical sciences and develop dynamic professionals from rural area by equipping them to face the challenges of the modern world. Our commitment to the overall development of the student remains strong and sustained.

The College provides a platform for the enthusiastic students in the extra-curricular, sport and curricular activities through the Vyenkatesh cultural and sport event from 28 years. A professional education would not be complete devoid of ensuring that the student developed with practical based knowledge which will benefit him and the country. We at MAHCOP give special encouragement to develop competent and dedicated pharmacists who are competitive with others in their knowledge, expertise and ability, to provide the community services.
